1. PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Satispay or bank transfer. All credit cards from the Visa, Moneta and Master Card circuits are accepted.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery takes place within the deadline indicated at the time of placing the order or in any case normally within 3 working days of acceptance of payment. In the event of temporary unavailability of the product, a maximum delivery time of 30 days from the order is still ensured. COSMETICA VENETA SRL will in any case try to satisfy the request as quickly as possible.

3. HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

At the time of shipment, a notification email is sent with the link for tracking. It is always possible to check the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link in the "My account" and "Order history and details" section.

4. WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS DELIVERED?

The products are delivered in Italy and Europe, with the exception of the Vatican City, San Marino, Campione d'Italia and Livigno

5. HOW TO ACCESS MY DEDICATED AREA IF I AM A PROFESSIONAL (Groomer, Breeder, Shopkeeper)?

Professionals have the opportunity to purchase at rates dedicated to them. For this the professional must register on the site declaring that he is a professional by flagging the appropriate field "I am a professional". They must also strictly indicate the data of their company including VAT and SDI / pec code for sending the electronic invoice. The VAT number must be linked to an activity related to the pet care sector (grooming, breeding, pet products shop), otherwise the customer will be contacted by Cosmetica Veneta, the order will be canceled and any amounts already paid will be returned.

6. I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW SHOULD I USE IT?

If you have a discount code or a purchase voucher, just enter the relevant code in the dedicated field in your cart during the first phase of check out.

7. CAN THE DELIVERY TAKE PLACE OTHER THAN THE RESIDENCE?

Delivery will be made in the place indicated for this purpose by the Customer at the time of the order, a place that may not correspond to the Customer's residence.

8. SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery costs are indicated during the finalization of the order and in any case before sending it. For private customers residing in Italy, the shipping costs are € 5 (including VAT) and shipping is free for orders over € 60 (including VAT). For Professional customers the shipping costs are fixed at € 12 + VAT.

For private customers residing abroad, the shipping costs are € 13 (including VAT) and shipping is free for orders over € 100 (including VAT). For Professional customers the shipping costs are fixed at € 15 (including VAT).

9. HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

COSMETICA VENETA SRL guarantees its consumer customers the right of withdrawal of the products purchased, without having to specify the reason and without any penalty, up to the term of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product itself. The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers.

To return the purchased products, this procedure must be performed:

  1. Contact customer service at the e-mail address shop@yuup.it with the subject "damaged items" or call 0444 719637;
  2. send the return shipping package correctly packaged with a copy of the delivery note (or invoice, when requested) to Cosmetica Veneta Srl, Via Meucci 50/52, 36057 Arcugnano (VI);
  3. never use the mark;

Goods delivered to an address other than the one above will not be taken into consideration. The risks of damage and loss connected to the shipment will remain the full responsibility of the Customer. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

The returned product must be in a normal state of conservation and substantially intact, must be in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and any manuals, without any lack.

The right of withdrawal will not be exercisable in the event of:

- supply of sealed goods which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and which have been opened after delivery or in the case of supply of products which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other goods;

- supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;

- supply of goods which risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly.

10. REFUND TIMES

The refund will be made within 14 working days from the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time required to view the refund on your account depends on the institution and the circuit used. The refund systems used will be of two types (unless the Customer has agreed otherwise): - PayPal: the refund will be visible on the PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email.

- Bank transfer to a bank or postal current account to be indicated in the email or by telephone which will be made within 24 hours of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email.

COSMETICA VENETA S.R.L. reserves the right to suspend the reimbursement until it has received the products returned by the Customer, subject to verification of their integrity.
